What to do next?                                                                    

If you are not sure if counselling is for you, you can contact me by email, phone or through the enquirer form on this website. If you want to speak to me directly we can arrange a time when you can call me and I might be able to clarify your questions on the phone. You can also contact me if you want to arrange an appointment for an initial meeting which is free of charge and are you under no obligation to take up therapy with me afterwards.

If you are sure that counselling is for you, please contact me by email, phone or through the enquirers form on this website and arrange a time and date for a first appointment or an initial meeting.

Once we have met for an initial meeting and we agree that taking up counselling with me would not be your best choice, I would be able advice you what to do next and refer you onto another counsellor or a counselling organization who can provide you with the help you need.
